Job PurposeAssist project team in the configuration of business processes in the area of assigned SAP ERP modules efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments within wider scope.Key Accountability AreasSAP Module Expertise and Business Process ImprovementProvide subject matter expertise on SAP's best practices for implementing respective SAP module business processes.Lead workshops in gathering business requirements, influence adoption of standard SAP processes, identify and handle gaps while minimizing development effort.Foster the culture of innovation, building and enduring healthy relationships with positive feedback from colleagues and customers.Contribute to IT department level improvements by delivering on initiatives that contribute to governance and standardization of processes, including but not limited to Business Process & Procedures.SAP Module Configuration and TestingDesign, configure, test, and implement assigned SAP module business processes and ensure SAP standard is followed, minimizing customization.Define and execute unit test, integration test, and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live.Project Management and DocumentationContribute to managing SAP projects or programs within defined time, quality, and cost constraints to deliver solutions for ultimate business satisfaction.Document all aspects of the assigned SAP module implementation (e.g., business blueprint design, application configuration, functional specifications, test plans, business process procedures, etc.).Support and Incident ResolutionSupport the existing productive implementation of the assigned SAP module and resolve incidents based on pre-defined SLAs.Identify and ensure any change request follows the Request for Change processes and not through incidents.Role AccountabilityHR ProficiencyTraining of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.DeliveryPerform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.Problem-SolvingResolve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues.QualityEnsure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.Business Process ImprovementsCoordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.ComplianceComply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.SafetyEnsure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.Academic QualificationBachelor Degree in Information Mgmt.
