We're seeking a data-driven Senior CRO Manager to take full ownership of on-site conversion rate optimization — someone who digs into the data, identifies where revenue is leaking, forms hypotheses, and executes optimization strategies that deliver measurable business impact across a high-traffic e-commerce site fueled by $2M+/month in digital ad spend.Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll work alongside an established three-person analytics team that owns data infrastructure and pipelines.
