This pivotal role involves leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 to create tailored solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective CRM strategies.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.Collaborate with teams to gather and define technical requirements for CRM initiatives.Customize workflows, forms, and dashboards to enhance user experience.Conduct system integration and ensure seamless data flow between systems.Develop technical documentation and maintain system configurations.Perform testing and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.Stay current with CRM trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.QualificationsProven experience in CRM development, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365.Strong expertise in customizing and configuring CRM solutions.Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM web services (SOAP/REST).Experience with database management, especially Microsoft SQL Server.Proficient in programming languages, primarily C# and JavaScript.Strong understanding of n-tier architecture and design patterns.Knowledge of version control systems and release management.Experience in unit testing and deployment of CRM solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.BenefitsPaid Time OffPerformance BonusTraining & Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
