Senior Cost Control Engineer

ResponsibilitiesDevelop implement and maintain project cost control systems and procedures.Prepare detailed cost reports forecasts and variance analyses.Monitor project budgets commitments expenditures and forecasts.Analyze project performance (CPI SPI earned value analysis) and provide recommendations.Review and approve subcontractors and suppliers invoices and variations.Support management in identifying risks deviations and potential cost savings.Coordinate with planning procurement and commercial departments to ensure cost alignment.Participate in budget preparation tender evaluation and project closing reports.Provide monthly cost reports and presentations to management.QualificationsBachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control in construction/infrastructure projects.Proficient in cost management software and ERP systems (e.g. Xpedeon SAP Oracle).Strong analytical reporting and communication skills.Knowledge of budgeting forecasting and earned value management.PMP CCP or RICS certification is an advantage.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
