opportunities across:<ul><li>Salesforce ecosystem (SI partners, end clients)</li><li>IBM Maximo / EAM clients&partners</li></ul></li><li>Build relationships with:<ul><li>System Integrators</li><li>Consulting Partners</li><li>End Clients</li><li>Recruiters (for split deals / collaboration)</li></ul></li><li>Drive outbound activity:<ul><li>LinkedIn outreach</li><li>Email campaigns</li><li>Market mapping</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Market-Led Opportunity Creation (Key Differentiator)</h3><ul><li>Monitor live job postings across job boards and marketplaces</li><li>Identify roles where we can immediately supply consultants</li><li>Match bench consultants to these opportunities</li><li>Proactively contact:<ul><li>Hiring managers</li><li>Recruiters</li><li>Talent into the market</li><li>Use a candidate-led sales approach:<ul><li>Present consultants before roles exist</li><li>Create demand around strong profiles</li></ul></li><li>Position consultants into:<ul><li>Partners</li><li>End clients</li><li>Recruiters</li></ul></li></ul><h3>360 Recruitment Execution (Supporting Function)</h3><ul><li>Take and qualify job briefs</li><li>Source and qualify candidates when required</li><li>Manage full lifecycle:<ul><li>Client engagement → submission → interview → close</li></ul></li><li>Negotiate rates and commercial terms</li></ul><h3>Pipeline&Deal
