Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. This strategic role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing robust succession management frameworks that ensure leadership continuity and long-term organizational success. You’ll collaborate with senior executives, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to assess talent pipelines, and build strategies that align workforce capabilities with business goals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the development and execution of succession planning strategies for client organizations.Conduct organizational assessments and talent gap analyses to identify critical leadership and technical roles.Facilitate talent reviews, leadership assessments, and individual development planning.Design and implement tools, frameworks, and best practices that support sustainable succession management.Collaborate with client stakeholders to align succession planning with strategic objectives.Provide coaching and advisory support to internal HR teams and leadership groups.Analyze workforce data and provide insights to guide succession and development decisions.Deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations.Support business development through client proposals, presentations, and thought leadership.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.8+ years of experience in HR consulting or talent management, with a strong focus on succession planning.Proven track record of developing and implementing succession strategies in complex organizations.In-depth knowledge of leadership assessment tools & competency models.Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation abilities.Proficiency in using data to support HR strategy and performance tracking.#J-18808-Ljbffr
