Palladium is recruiting Senior Consultants to join our dynamic team on a 1-year project in Riyadh, KSA, in a high-impact secondment opportunity to support a Center of Government entity under the Royal Court, working at the heart of Vision 2030 delivery.As a key member of the team, the Consultants are embedded on site providing hands-on involvement in national and international strategic priorities. The Consultants are expected to work in a fast-paced, high visibility environment and to manage themselves - time allocation, learning new things, and maintaining deliverable quality.This position is based on the requirement for only KSA nationals. Key Responsibilities Support the design and development of strategic initiatives, frameworks, and implementation plansConduct benchmarking, studies, and current state assessmentsPrepare and follow up on initiative plans and execution in coordination with relevant entitiesTrack progress and document achievements against agreed objectivesSupport development of KPIs and performance monitoring frameworksPrepare executive level reports and presentationsSupport governance activities, including committee and meeting managementMaintain structured documentation and project records Candidate Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or similarStrong background in strategy or transformation, including familiarity with Kaplan/Norton framework and/or other performance management methodology is highly desirableMinimum 3+ years experienceHighly adaptable, able to perform under short and evolving deadlinesExcellent PowerPoint skills and experience preparing executive-level deliverablesStrong communication skills in Arabic and EnglishExposure or interest in International Relations a plus Reporting & Relationships The role reports to the Manager. Reporting requirements include:Attendance of all client-required meetingsParticipate in regular status updates with the project manager on client engagementsRegular updates with line managerTimely submission of assigned deliverablesKey relationships will be both with their Palladium Line Manager and the Client Manager, as well as the wider Consulting team.This role offers exceptional exposure, credibility, and learning for consultants seeking to work on national level strategy within one of the Kingdom's most strategic government environments.
