OverviewJob Description: We are seeking a Contract Remediation & Compliance Specialist to support the review and remediation of contracts within KSA-regulated institutions. The role focuses on ensuring contractual compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards.ResponsibilitiesReview and remediate contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.Assess contracts against Saudi Central Bank outsourcing rules and regulatory contractual provisions.Review and govern Data Processing Agreements in alignment with Personal Data Protection Law requirements.Support development of contract clause libraries, addenda, and remediation frameworks.Identify compliance gaps and recommend remediation actions.Collaborate with legal, compliance, and vendor management teams.Qualifications8+ years of experience in contract compliance, legal operations, or regulatory remediation.Experience reviewing outsourcing agreements and vendor contracts in regulated environments.Knowledge of Saudi Central Bank outsourcing rules, Personal Data Protection Law, and National Cybersecurity Authority data governance requirements.Experience in contract remediation programs or regulatory-driven contract reviews.Strong analytical and documentation skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
