<div><h3>Overview</h3><p><b>Senior Consultant, / Project Delivery Lead - Specialist Government/Public Sector Advisory, UAE base</b></p><p>Highly impactful role working with governments and social enterprises to create positive change through policy implementation and transformation. This role will lead delivery of projects and engage directly with senior stakeholders to deliver a variety of social impact programmes. I’m working with a government advisory and social impact consultancy focused on creating long lasting positive change. They work to with governments and public sector organisations to turn policy into action and create programmes that lead to real world outcomes. They offer bespoke solutions to improve senior level decision making and inform internal collaboration with a team with blue-chip backgrounds and high-level political acumen. They seek someone to join their GCC team, focusing on supporting government departments and ministries in developing their delivery. You will need to engage with a variety of stakeholders and be a strong communicator with empathy and humility. This role requires a background of at least 2-3 years in high level consulting or advisory roles (Tier 1/2 strategy firms or equivalent), a drive to work in a mission driven environment and experience working with GCC governments. Arabic speaking is preferred but not necessary.
