Senior coating operator

Job SummaryTo operate and control the coating line efficiently to achieve production targets while ensuring product quality, safety, and process compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor CCL coating line parameters (speed, temperature, tension, coating thickness).Ensure correct paint preparation, viscosity control, and coating application.Coordinate with QC for online inspection and quality checks.Troubleshoot coating defects and process abnormalities.Guide and support junior operators during shift operations.Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.Record production data, process parameters, and consumption accurately.Support line changeovers, trials, and new product development.Ensure proper material handling and minimize wastage.Strong knowledge of coil coating process and paint systems (Polyester, SMP, PVDF).Ability to analyze defects such as shade variation, orange peel, pinholes, etc.Good troubleshooting and decision‑making skills.Basic knowledge of safety systems.Qualifications & Experience5–8 years of experience in coil coating or continuous process industry.Experience in operating CCL coating independently.Job InfoJob Identification 2942Job Category ProductionPosting Date 03/25/2026, 02:58 PMLocations United Arab EmiratesJob Schedule Full time#J-18808-Ljbffr
