Senior Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise in cloud platforms, automation, DevOps practices, and production support, with the ability to mentor junior engineers collaborate across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Infrastructure & ArchitectureDesign, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS / Azure / GCPEnsure high availability, scalability, performance, and security of cloud environmentsManage cloud networking, IAM, compute, storage, and database servicesDevOps & AutomationImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARMBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelinesAutomate deployments, monitoring, and system operationsMonitoring, Security & ReliabilityMonitor cloud systems and troubleshoot performance and availability issuesImplement security best practices, cost optimization, and compliance controlsPerform incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive actionsCollaboration & LeadershipWork closely with development, security, and operations teamsReview architectures and provide cloud best-practice recommendationsMentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentationRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field5–8+ years of experience in cloud engineering or DevOps rolesStrong hands‑on experience with AWS / Azure / GCPProficiency in Linux/Unix administrationExperience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar toolsKnowledge of Docker & KubernetesStrong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)Preferred / Nice-to-HaveCloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience in multi‑cloud or hybrid environmentsExposure to security frameworks and compliance standardsExperience supporting enterprise or mission‑critical systemsSoft SkillsStrong problem‑solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work independently and in fast‑paced environments#J-18808-Ljbffr
