You’ll work closely with leadership, contributing to sound financial planning and decision-making, all while enjoying the freedom of an independent setup.Role SummaryAs a Senior Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for guiding our financial strategy, preparing project budgets, ensuring compliance, and offering financial insights to help scale the business. You'll work one day per week from our office.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic financial advice to support business decisions and growth.Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Analyse financial data and provide actionable recommendations for cost management and performance improvement.Create and deliver monthly/quarterly financial reports for senior leadership.Support cash flow planning and financial forecasting.Assist with tax planning and ensure compliance with UAE financial and tax regulations.Improve and streamline accounting processes and practices.Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.Collaborate with management to implement sound financial frameworks.What We’re Looking ForExperience: Proven track record as a Senior Accountant, Finance Manager, or similar role.Expertise: Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Regulations: Knowledge of UAE financial laws, corporate taxation, and compliance standards.Leadership: Experience in managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus.Flexibility: Available for in-office work one day per week, with additional hours as needed remotely.#J-18808-Ljbffr
