We are searching for a dedicated Business Development Manager to expand our client's impressive portfolio and foster new avenues of growth.</p><h3>What your responsibilities will include:</h3><ul><li>Forge and nurture strong business relationships with clients, identifying and facilitating opportunities for new collaborations and projects.</li><li>Promote a diverse range of products/services, tailoring presentations to align with prospective clients' strategic goals.</li><li>Ensure contracts comply with legal and company standards and prepare them with precision.</li><li>Leverage market intelligence and insights to stay ahead of industry trends, advising on strategic initiatives.</li><li>Execute effective communication and negotiation strategies, building consensus among stakeholders.</li><li>Curate and manage a comprehensive network of industry professionals to enhance business development efforts.</li><li>Orchestrate lead generation activities, converting prospects into valued customers and maintaining enduring partnerships.</li><li>Conduct meetings and presentations using state‑of‑the‑art platforms to engage with global audiences.</li><li>Participate in trade shows and conferences, representing the company and identifying new business leads.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Liquidity Technology Sales, Software Sales or comparable fields.</li><li>Deep understanding of Crypto, Spot FX, Metals and CFD liquidity.</li><li>Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar capacity.</li><li>Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Fluency in English.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Extensive expo/conference participation experience.</li><li>Strong networking capabilities and a well‑established professional network in the FinTech industry.</li></ul><h3>Keys to success:</h3><ul><li>Always be prospecting.</li><li>Drive urgency.</li><li>You have a highly energetic personality.</li></ul><h3>Joining us means you'll enjoy:</h3><ul><li>A vibrant and innovative work culture encouraging creativity and teamwork.</li><li>Vast opportunities for professional advancement and skill enhancement.</li><li>Flexible work arrangements and the potential for international work exposure.</li></ul><p><b>Sounds interesting?
