Senior Business Analyst – CRM & Banking

Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands‑on Senior Business Analyst to support banking transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Real Estate Finance, Mortgage, and CRM systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to shape digital and process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a functional Business Analyst embedded within banking business teamsGather, structure, and validate business requirements for mortgage and retail banking initiativesAnalyze end-to‑end mortgage and real estate finance customer journeysTranslate business needs into:Functional specificationsUser storiesProcess flowsSupport CRM initiatives across requirements, design validation, and UATIdentify process gaps and recommend improvements in mortgage operationsMaintain clear documentation and requirement traceabilityParticipate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinementCollaborate daily with stakeholders and delivery squads to ensure alignmentRequired Experience & Skills5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial servicesStrong domain knowledge in:Real Estate FinanceMortgage lifecycleCredit assessment and collateral processesExperience working on CRM projects (Siebel is a strong plus)Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologiesHands‑on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and documentation toolsStrong analytical thinking and structured documentation skillsExperience working directly with business stakeholders in client environmentsFamiliarity with Saudi banking regulations and government integrations (KYC, credit bureau, etc.) is highly preferredFluent in English; Arabic is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
