We have an urgent requirement for Senior- Business Analyst _ AI for one of our banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAEStrong AI‑related experience is MUSTExperience working in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments (e.g. banking / fintech / large enterprises) is MUSTScrum/Agile certification or hands‑on experience is expected and MUSTBanking domain experience is MUSTWe are seeking a Senior-level Business Analyst with strong AI‑related experience to work in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical teams, drive AI‑enabled initiatives, and support digital transformation across enterprise‑scale programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business analysis activities for AI‑driven and data‑intensive initiatives, from discovery through deliveryEngage with multiple stakeholders (business leaders, product owners, technology teams, vendors, and regulators) to gather, analyze, and document requirementsTranslate complex business needs into clear functional and non‑functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaCollaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, architects, and product teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutionsSupport Scrum/Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesPerform impact analysis, process modeling, and gap analysis for existing and future‑state systemsEnsure solutions comply with relevant regulatory, security, and governance standards, especially in banking/fintech environmentsFacilitate workshops, presentations, and executive‑level discussions with strong clarity and confidenceContribute to continuous improvement of BA practices, templates, and standardsRequired Qualifications & ExperienceSenior‑level experience as a Business Analyst in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments (banking, fintech, or large enterprises)Experience with EU and/or US companies would be a strong plusAI‑related experience is a strong plusMandatory AI‑related experience, such as:AI‑enabled products or platformsData analytics, machine learning use cases, or intelligent automationAI strategy, governance, or AI‑driven process optimizationStrong experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsScrum/Agile certification or strong hands‑on Agile delivery experienceExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsProven ability to work with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teamsSkills: ai, business analyst, bank#J-18808-Ljbffr
