Senior Broker

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Broker / Brokerage Lead to oversee Greenzones brokerage operations. This role is responsible for managing and mentoring brokers overseeing deal quality and execution and building repeatable brokerage processes. This is a leadership role for someone who understands the Abu Dhabi market deeply and can balance hands-on deal oversight with team development and performance management.Key ResponsibilitiesBrokerage Leadership & OversightOversee all brokerage transactions (leasing buy & sell) to ensure quality compliance and professionalismProvide deal guidance pricing strategy and negotiation support to brokers and agentsReview and approve deals prior to closingTeam Management & TrainingManage mentor and support brokers and agentsLead onboarding and training for new brokersEstablish best practices scripts and standard operating proceduresSet performance expectations and track broker KPIsProcess & StandardsImplement and enforce brokerage workflows CRM usage and reporting standardsEnsure accurate tracking of leads pipeline stages and commissionsMaintain high service standards for clients and institutional partnersBusiness Development (Selective)Support key institutional relationships and high-value clientsStep into complex or high-value transactions when neededCollaborate with leadership on brokerage growth strategyRequirementsValid Abu Dhabi real estate licenseStrong track record in leasing and/or sales transactionsProven experience managing or mentoring other brokersDeep understanding of Abu Dhabi communities pricing and regulationsStrong leadership communication and decision-making skillsHighly organized and systems-orientedProfessional ethical and client-focused approachMust already hold a valid UAE residence visa (no sponsorship)BenefitsSenior leadership role with real decision-making authorityCompetitive compensation structure (base override / commission split depending on profile)Ability to shape Greenzones brokerage standards and team cultureSupport from operations marketing and leadership teamsLong-term growth opportunity as the brokerage platform scales#J-18808-Ljbffr
