SENIOR BIM COORDINATOR

Job ResponsibilitiesLead the BIM coordination process for architectural discipline across multiple design projects.Develop and implement BIM Plans (BEP) in alignment with project requirements.Manage and coordinate architectural models and ensure integration with other disciplines (MEP structural etc..Review and validate BIM models for quality compliance with standards and clash detection.Collaborate with project teams clients and stakeholders to ensure effective BIM delivery.Utilize tools such as Navisworks Revit and other BIM platforms to support design coordination.Knowledge of and ability to implement 4D (schedule) and 5D (cost) BIM processes is preferred.Ensure COBiecompliant data structures are embedded and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor junior BIM modelers and coordinators and provide technical support to project teams.Key Qualification:Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.Minimum 810 years of experience in BIM coordination specifically in architectural projects.Proven experience working with design consulting firms in the UAE.Expert proficiency in Revit Navisworks and AutoCAD.Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM workflows and COBie data standards.Strong understanding of UAE construction and authority standards.Excellent communication coordination and leadership skills.Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.Vertical: Digital Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
