You’ll lead core system design and implementation — from microservices and CI/CD pipelines to event-based data processing and AI/LLM integrations.This role also demands a strong grasp of LLM-based systems, especially Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-modal input handling, and cloud-agnostic strategies that ensure our platform remains scalable and portable across cloud environments.You will collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, DevOps, and frontend teams to translate vision into a production-grade system. This is a key role in our engineering team powering a next-gen AI-powered real estate app and web platform in the UAE market.## Requirements* LLM-based systems* RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)Multi-Modal Input Handling* Multi-Modal Input Handling## Preferred Qualifications & Skills (Optional)* Languages & Frameworks: Python (FastAPI), Node.js (optional), SQL* Containerization: Docker, ECS (Fargate), ECR* Infra-as-Code: Terraform, CloudFormation* CI/CD: GitHub Actions* Cloud Services: API Gateway, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Pinecone, SNS, SQS, Glue, Athena, Step Functions, VPC* Authentication: Cognito, IAM, OAuth2, JWT, RBAC for each panel* AI/LLM Integrations: OpenAI GPT-4o, AWS Bedrock (Claude, Titan), LangChain, Pinecone, Vector DBs, Embedding APIs* Observability: CloudWatch, X-Ray, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus## Responsibilities* Design, build, and maintain microservices using Python (FastAPI) and Docker.* Develop and expose secure APIs (REST, WebSocket) for mobile, agent, and web apps.* Implement features for user onboarding, search, recommendations, notifications, AI-based workflows, and analytics.* Integrate external APIs (e.g. OpenAI, OpenSearch, External APIs, LiveKit and many more as a part of the project).* Design and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS ECS (Fargate/EC2), Lambda.* Handle secure multi-tenant environments with IAM roles, tagging, and isolation.* Implement secure secrets management, monitoring (CloudWatch, X-Ray), and logging pipelines.* Enforce secure API access using Cognito, JWT, and API Gateway Authorizers.* Manage event-driven architecture, optimize cost, performance, and observability across services.* Audit and monitor cloud usage, IAM policies, encryption standards, and compliance setups.* Enable real-time integration with Generative AI APIs and LLM orchestration layers.* Orchestrate AI-powered features including chat, recommendations, smart forms, and summarizations.* Collaborate on RAG pipelines: Integrate document stores (e.g., Pinecone), embeddings, and search layers.* Design LLM-based microservices for tasks like semantic search, summarization, Q&A, and intent recognition.* Work with the AI/ML team to abstract prompt templates, vector search APIs, and long-context data retrieval.* Build fault-tolerant systems with autoscaling, secrets management, and role-based access control (RBAC).* Monitor system health using CloudWatch, Open Telemetry, X-Ray, Prometheus, and alarms.* Streamline CI/CD for backend and infrastructure updates.## What We Offer* Collaborative and inclusive workplace culture Flexible work arrangements for work-life balance Transparent communication with a flat hierarchy Regular recognition and appreciation Continuous learning & mentoring programs Participation in meaningful and innovative projects Growth in both personal and professional dimensions#J-18808-Ljbffr
