This is an exceptional opportunity for a UKqualified lawyer with extensive experience in highvalue domestic and crossborder transactions to work on marketleading deals across the Middle East and beyond.The RoleYou will play a key role in advising bluechip clients sovereign wealth funds and major private entities on complex M&A transactions joint ventures restructurings and general corporate matters.
