Job Description

ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of campaign management strategy and related materials by conducting data analysis collection and compiling activities; manage the day-to-day campaign execution activities and evaluation of campaignsConduct research based on the identified methods objectives data sources and timelines to build an understanding of trends customer behaviors visitor segments and possible dates in the regionProvide support in the development of regional campaign management strategies in alignment with overall DCTCM marketing strategyDraft yearly regional campaign plans and conduct analysis to support the identification of scope components required investment levels media frequency engagement methods target audiences and market mixPropose organizations celebrities and/ or influencers to be partnered with during the implementation of regional campaignsPrepare materials (e.g. presentations visuals etc.) to be used during meetings with prospecting partners (e.g. organizations influencers celebrities) to provide information on DETs campaignsAttend brainstorming sessions to develop new campaign ideas and ensure all aspects of campaign planning and implementation are consideredWork on activities such as development of success measures analysis on economic considerations and budget allocation/ optimization to detail new campaign ideasPrepare presentation materials to be used during management meetingsDraft campaign briefs to be shared with agencies and ensure their alignment with approved campaign plans and detailsParticipate selection process of third party providers/ agencies and conduct follow-ups with the bidders if requiredCommunicate with third party providers (e.g. consultants agencies) on day-to-day basis regarding to activities related to DETs campaign development and execution needs; exchange information and resolve inquiriesHandle the day-to-day roll out of campaigns to ensure delivery of all agreed campaign elements; elevate any unresolved issuesManage the facilitation of production requirements such as organization of Pre-Production Meetings shoot logistics edits and material review trafficking of assets to media partnersDraft campaign performance related reports and identify discrepancy areas for further investigation and analysisProvide support content production activities by communicating with relevant internal and external parties and collecting information#J-18808-Ljbffr
