Job Description
Role OverviewThe Senior Associate Account Executive, Regional Accounts is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of small to medium sized customer accounts while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. This role partners closely with internal teams, technical specialists, and external partners to develop impactful customer solutions, refine value messaging, and deliver compelling value propositions. The role also facilitates cross regional collaboration and uses data driven insights to identify expansion opportunities and drive long term customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management: Manage a portfolio of small to medium sized regional accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Sales Execution: Conduct customer presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities with moderate guidance.Customer Engagement: Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to improve customer outcomes and satisfaction.Reporting & Insights: Prepare sales reports and share performance insights with senior team members to support decision making.Learning & Development: Continuously develop product, solution, and industry knowledge through structured training and hands‑on experience.Skills & Competencies:Leadership & Communication – Collaborates effectively with internal teams and communicates clearly with customers to resolve issues.Strategic Orientation & Technical Fluency – Applies technical and strategic knowledge to address moderately complex customer scenarios.Industry & Business Acumen – Leverages industry awareness to improve customer interactions and internal processes.Customer Relationship Management – Builds and sustains strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and problem solving.Data Driven Mindset – Uses data to inform decisions and enhance customer interactions.Account Team Unit (ATU) Collaboration:Cosell – Partner with technical and emerging product specialists to co‑develop scalable customer solutions.Technical Discovery – Work with technical leads in high‑growth accounts to validate requirements, ensure solution fit, and strengthen value messaging.Partner Coordination – Coordinate with partners and Partner Managers to support strategic engagements.Cross Regional Collaboration – Facilitate coordination across regions to support multi‑national accounts and share best practices.Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in account management in SaaS area is a must.Experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts and supporting sales opportunities.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve account outcomes.Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross‑functional and/or cross‑regional environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in SaaS, technology, or subscription based business models.Familiarity with co‑sell motions involving technical specialists or emerging product teams.Experience working with channel partners or partner‑led sales models.Exposure to CRM systems for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.Experience supporting expansion, upsell, or cross‑sell motions within existing accounts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
