The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the goals of our clients and be able to oversee project strategy to project completion. By knowing emerging technologies in the area, this candidate will be able to create cross-channel deliverables for clients that meet their needs.ResponsibilitiesLead in the development and execution of creative concepts that cater to client needsCollaborate with the Creative Team to ensure deliverables meets or exceeds client expectations and fulfill project requirements and objectivesProvide strong team leadership, guiding and inspiring designers throughout the creative processReview and provide constructive feedback on the team’s creative workManage multiple projects while adhering to deadlinesEnsure all deliverables maintain high standards, align with branding, and meet project specificationsStay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologiesQualifications10+ years of experience as an Art Director in an agency, with at least 3 years as a Senior Art DirectorExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects)Proven experience in leading and managing creative teams, providing direction, feedback, and mentorshipStrong skills in typography, image manipulation, animation, and illustrationDeep understanding of marketing design, layouts, and emerging digital platformsBonus: Knowledge of UI/UX and experience designing websites or mobile appsClosingJoining our team ensures that your opinions matter, providing you with a platform to express yourself.
