Eram Talent is searching for a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia.Senior Architect is responsible for leading architectural design delivery across PDE&C projects, ensuring design quality, compliance, constructability, and alignment with KAUST objectives.The role involves design leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and technical oversight from concept through construction and handing over.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural design development from concept to implementationEstablish and maintain architectural design standards, guidelines, and best practicesReview, approve, and sign off architectural deliverablesEnsure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and operational requirementsReview plans, specifications, codes, shop drawings, submittals, procedures, reports, memos, status reportsEnsure compliance with codes, regulations, specifications, plansLead coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, façade, and other project disciplines toward the success of the projectResolve design conflicts and manage interfaces across disciplinesChair or contribute to design coordination and technical review meetingsEnsure alignment with client stakeholdersProvide architectural leadership during construction, including review of shop drawings, material submittals, and mock‑upsRespond to RFIs and design clarificationsSite inspections and quality reviewsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to direct reports architectsReview and validate work produced by team membersContribute to performance development and knowledge sharingQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related fieldA minimum of 8-10 years of professional architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of completed projectsProficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant toolsMinimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, mainly in housing projectsExperience in residential projects and high‑end finishesExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to clients and team membersDemonstrated project management skills with a history of delivering projects on time and within budgetStrong problem‑solving abilities and the capability to adapt to changing project requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
