> Senior Architect

OverviewWe are looking for Senior Architect, with 15 Years of experience, to join immediately; reporting to Design Director. He/she needs to have the software expertise Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite, Sketchup, VRay, Lumion, Microsoft Office. Previous experience in delivering Schematic and Detailed Design packages. Salary depending on experience. Duties and responsibilities include:ResponsibilitiesManagement of architectural project design teams;Responsible for defining the list of architectural drawings and documents for projects and ensuring their production;Facilitates coordination and integration among multi-disciplinary design teams including specialist subconsultants, consultants directly employed by the client and other stakeholders;Technical coordination with and integration among multi-disciplinary design teams and specialist consultants;Attends coordination meetings and design workshops as required;Overall responsibility of deliverables of the architectural discipline;Preparation and control of design documents as per standard procedures and as per contractual requirements;Prepares design documents to enable reviews and resolve any comments made;Ensures design calculations are checked and comments resolved;Coordination of design documents across all disciplines;Other duties and tasks as may be required, assigned and/or instructed by the Managing Director, Associate Director, Project Director or Design Principal.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustriesArchitecture and Planning#J-18808-Ljbffr
