Senior Architect Engineer - Construction

We are hiring a Senior Architect Engineer - Construction to be based in Abu Dhabi to lead the execution and delivery of service station projects within the oil and gas sector.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the architectural execution of service station construction projects from ground‑breaking to completionReview and ensure implementation of design drawings, specifications, and construction documentationCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is maintainedMonitor construction progress to ensure compliance with UAE regulations, codes, and authority requirementsConduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve on‑site design‑related issuesLiaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to facilitate approvals and smooth project deliveryEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high‑quality standardsSupport value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives on construction sitesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field (minimum four‑year program)15 years of overall professional experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in the UAE (mandatory)At least 8 years of experience in a similar role in Construction works (Construction transmittals review, review contractors' design, shopdrawings, MARs, contractors' & Sub contractors' Prequalification, etc.)Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written)Holds a valid UAE driving license#J-18808-Ljbffr
