SENIOR ARCHITECT

Job Responsibilities:Lead architectural design and development for large-scale projects ensuring quality creativity and compliance with client requirements.Utilize BIM tools (e.g. Revit) for design coordination modeling and documentation.Collaborate with clients consultants and project teams to deliver design solutions and resolve technical issues.Prepare architectural drawings specifications and presentation materials.Mentor and guide junior architects and BIM modelers within the team.Review and approve architectural drawings details and design submissions.Ensure adherence to UAE construction standards codes and local regulations.Coordinate with structural MEP and other disciplines to achieve integrated project solutions.Participate in client meetings design reviews and project presentations.Key Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Architecture or equivalent.Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Architect preferably in design consultancy.Strong BIM experience (Revit and other modeling tools).Proven experience on large-scale UAE projects (commercial residential or mixed-use).Currently based in the UAEand available for immediate joining.Excellent communication leadership and coordination skills.Knowledge of UAE planning and construction regulations.Experience managing multi-disciplinary design teams.Vertical: Digital Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
