Their portfolio spans mixed‑use, commercial, residential, hospitality, and large‑scale masterplanning developments.Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Architect with strong technical capability and full project lifecycle experience to join their dynamic team in the UAE.The RoleThis is a hands‑on position for a technically strong architect who is confident producing drawings and leading packages directly.They are not seeking a Design Manager or purely coordination‑based professional. They require someone who remains actively involved in drawing production, detailing, and technical delivery.The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience managing projects from concept through to construction and handover (A–Z) and must have prior experience delivering projects within the UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural projects through all RIBA stages (or equivalent A–Z lifecycle)Produce and review architectural drawings, details, and specificationsDevelop design intent into coordinated technical packagesEnsure compliance with UAE building regulations and authority requirementsCoordinate with consultants (MEP, Structural, Civil, etc.)Oversee submissions to authorities (DM, DDA, ADM, etc.)Attend client meetings and represent the practice professionallyProvide on‑site support during construction phasesMentor junior team members where requiredRequired Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in ArchitectureMinimum 8–12 years’ professional experienceProven UAE project experience (essential)Demonstrable A–Z project delivery experienceStrong technical detailing and drawing production skillsProficient in AutoCAD (essential)Revit proficiency preferredStrong knowledge of UAE building codes and approval processesExperience liaising with local authoritiesExcellent English communication skillsWhat We Are Looking ForA technically strong architect who enjoys being involved in the drawingsSomeone commercially aware and delivery-focusedA proactive, solutions-driven professionalA team player with leadership capabilityStable career history within reputable practicesWhat's on offerCompetitive tax‑free salaryExposure to international projectsCareer progression within a global consultancyCollaborative and design‑driven work environmentOpportunity to work on landmark developmentsIf you are a technically driven Senior Architect who thrives on full project ownership and hands‑on delivery, we would like to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
