The role focuses on leading architectural design development for large-scale mission-critical facilities from concept through to detailed design and IFC stages. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-availability data center infrastructure, ensuring architectural design aligns with Tier III / Tier IV reliability requirements, operational efficiency, and hyperscale operator standards.ResponsibilitiesLead architectural design development for hyperscale data center campuses across concept, detailed design, and IFC stages.Plan and coordinate white space environments including server halls, equipment layouts, and operational circulation.Define architectural strategies supporting redundancy zoning, compartmentation, and resilience requirements for Tier III / Tier IV facilities.Coordinate architectural design with mechanical and electrical systems including cooling plant, power distribution rooms, and technical support spaces.Support site master planning for data center campuses including phased expansion strategies.Ensure architectural design aligns with operational and security requirements of hyperscale operators.Develop and review architectural drawings, BIM models, and technical documentation.Coordinate multidisciplinary design integration with structural, MEP, security, and ICT systems.Participate in design reviews, technical workshops, and client presentations.Support authority approvals and regulatory compliance where required.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / BSc Architecture).Master’s Degree in Architecture is preferred.Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience in architectural design and delivery of complex projects.Demonstrated experience delivering mission-critical or data center projects.Strong understanding of data center design principles including white space planning and operational zoning.Experience coordinating designs aligned with Tier III / Tier IV infrastructure requirements.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and Navisworks.Experience with SketchUp or other visualization tools is advantageous.Strong knowledge of building codes, technical detailing, and construction coordination.Preferred AttributesExperience working on hyperscale data center campuses or large mission-critical infrastructure projects.Familiarity with hyperscale operator design standards.Experience with modular data center design and phased campus development.Understanding of cooling plant integration, generator yards, and mission-critical building support spaces.Experience with sustainability frameworks and energy-efficient data center design.Strong leadership and multidisciplinary coordination capability.Please submit /forward your CV to recruitment.mena@meinhardtgroup.com if you meet the above requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
