Senior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage intercompany and related party transactions, cost allocation, and reconciliations. The role ensures compliance with IFRS standards, supports audits, and provides accurate financial reporting for strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord and reconcile intercompany and related party transactions accurately and on timeLead intercompany CAPEX and asset movements based on operational decisionsMonitor and allocate costs across departments and projects, ensuring policy complianceAssist with transfer pricing documentation, intercompany agreements, and audit preparationSupport ERP optimization initiatives to streamline accounting and reporting processesPerform inventory variance analysis, stock adjustments, and cost validationGenerate reports, conduct variance analysis, and provide insights for managementIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracySkillsStrong expertise in intercompany and related party accounting, cost allocation, and IFRS complianceProficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft ExcelAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilitiesEffective communication and coordination across finance teams and auditorsAbility to manage multiple reconciliations and meet strict deadlinesProcess improvement and system enhancement orientationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldPartly qualified or certified professional (CA, CPA, ACCA preferred)5–7 years of experience in accounting with specialization in intercompany transactions and cost allocationStrong English communication skills (written and verbal)This position is based in the UAEJob ID: 26082504-114VG#J-18808-Ljbffr
