Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Accountant / HR–Admin to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle full-cycle accounting, including bookkeeping, GL entries, reconciliations, and monthly closingsManage accounts payable and receivableCoordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banksManage payroll processingMaintain employee records, contracts, leave balances, and HR documentationAddress employee queries related to HR, payroll, and labour regulationsManage office administration and document controlHandle employee onboarding, off‑boarding, and all permit and visa renewalsHandle insurance policies, trade license renewals, and government portalsSupport management with reports, schedules, and compliance requirementsBenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePaid Time OffTraining & DevelopmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business AdministrationSenior‑level experience in accounting and finance (preferred)Proven experience in HR and administrative roles within the UAEStrong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR complianceExperience handling payroll, WPS, VAT, and auditsProficiency in QuickBooks accounting softwareExcellent organisational, communication, and problem‑solving abilitiesAbility to handle confidential information with integritySelf‑motivated and able to multitask and manage tight deadlines#J-18808-Ljbffr
