Our platform enables financial institutions to launch and scale modern banking products faster and more efficiently.Following our Series A funding and strong traction across multiple regions, we are expanding in the GCC and building a scalable commercial organization in the region.We are hiring a Senior Account Executive – GCC (Commercial Lead) to drive pipeline generation, close new business, and help build the foundations of our regional go-to-market motion.Role OverviewThis role goes beyond a traditional Account Executive position.In the short term, you will personally generate pipeline and close deals while helping build scalable go-to-market processes and align regional sales, marketing, and partnership efforts.As the business grows, you will help shape and support the future BDR and sales organization in the region.You work closely with product marketing, partnerships, and presales teams.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Pipeline OwnershipGenerate and own new business pipeline across GCC marketsLead enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closingCarry and deliver against individual revenue targetsBuild relationships with banks, fintechs, and financial institutionsGTM & Pipeline DevelopmentHelp structure scalable outbound and pipeline generation strategiesDefine target customer profiles and account strategiesWork with marketing and partnerships to activate lead-generation channelsImprove pipeline quality, conversion, and sales execution processesTeam & Market DevelopmentHelp build foundations for future BDR and sales hiresContribute to regional sales playbooks and best practicesProvide product and market feedback to leadershipExperienceWhat We’re Looking For4+ years’ experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, fintech sales, or strategy consultingProven track record closing complex enterprise deals or shaping GTM motionsExperience selling to banks or financial institutions preferredExperience in GCC markets strongly preferredProfileStrong hunter mentality with ability to generate pipelineComfortable operating in high-growth startup environmentsCommercially minded and process-orientedAble to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and partnershipsBuilder mindset with interest in shaping a growing regional businessNice to HaveExperience in core banking, payments, or fintech infrastructureExperience building sales motions in new marketsExperience mentoring or supporting early sales hiresWhy Join FimpleOpportunity to shape and grow a regional business from an early stageHigh ownership and career growth opportunitiesCompetitive compensation with performance incentivesEquity participation in a high growth fintechComprehensive medical insurance coverageWork with an ambitious, international teamHow To ApplyIf you’re excited about building and scaling fintech sales in the GCC, we’d love to speak with you.You can apply directly to our website.#J-18808-Ljbffr
