Excelsior provides quality, reputable and cost-effective solutions to business in these markets.ResponsibilitiesRegular Upkeep/Planned Preventive Upkeep as scheduled by the line supervisor.Examine and clean the particular tools to be preserved i.e., Cameras, DVR/NVR, Switches and Boundary Discovery Solution (PIDs) complying with the maintenance SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) according to the design specifications, drawings and advance maintenance record.Identify and, when approved, repair mistakes discovered on upkeep visits.Setup and appointing of top-level security system hardware.Appointing and testing of protection systems.Installation and appointing of software and networking systems.Record daily to the line supervisor and send timely working records, expenditures and car mileage sheets when asked for.Deal with the installation and appointing of special jobs as and when appointed.Qualifications5 or more years' work experience as a security system engineer or related position (essential).Good verbal and written skills (necessary).Ability to work independently and use initiative (vital).Knowledge of security systems including diagnosing and handling antivirus applications, firewall software, authentication systems and intruder detection alert systems (vital).Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (important).Proficient in using a laptop to remotely access customer sites for first-line troubleshoot (important).Experience with AutoCAD or related drawing software (desirable).Troubleshooting network and software issues (desirable).Valid UAE driving license (essential).This job has no reviews yet.
