In this role, you will be responsible for protecting our facilities, assets, and personnel by maintaining a secure environment and enforcing security protocols. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to respond effectively to security concerns while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.Monitor and patrol assigned areas using surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras and access control systems, to detect and prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activityConduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and entry points to identify potential security vulnerabilities and report findings to managementMaintain detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, disturbances, or unusual occurrences, ensuring accurate and timely communication with supervisory staffControl and manage access to facilities by verifying identification, maintaining visitor logs, and enforcing entry and exit procedures in compliance with organizational policiesRespond promptly to security alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and protect personnel and assetsCommunicate effectively with team members, management, and emergency responders using radio systems and other communication devicesPerform regular rounds and foot patrols during assigned shifts to maintain visible security presence and deter potential threatsAssist in training new security personnel on protocols, procedures, and best practices for maintaining facility securityMaintain professional appearance and conduct at all times, representing the organization positively to employees, visitors, and external stakeholdersComply with all local security regulations, Saudi Arabian laws, and organizational security standardsQualificationsProven experience working as a Security Guard or in a similar security operations roleStrong observational and surveillance skills with the ability to identify and assess potential security threatsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with diverse groups of peopleProficiency with security systems, including CCTV monitoring, access control systems, and alarm systemsAbility to remain calm and composed in emergency situations and respond with sound judgmentPhysical fitness and ability to perform patrol duties and respond to security incidentsStrong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are preferredDemonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and professional behaviorKnowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and incident managementAbility to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends as requiredPreferred: Current security certification or license recognized in Saudi ArabiaPreferred: First aid or CPR certificationPreferred: Experience with conflict de-escalation and crisis management techniquesAdditional InformationYour team and working environment:In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the cultureNote: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permitsOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.#J-18808-Ljbffr
