Security & GR Specialist (UAEN)- Aldar Retail Management

Aldar Retail Management is looking for a Security & Government Relations Specialist to join the team at Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain. This role is critical in ensuring a safe, compliant, and secure retail environment while maintaining strong coordination with government authorities and stakeholders.Security OperationsLead daily mall security operations, including guards, supervisors, and control room teamsMaintain security policies, SOPs, and emergency response proceduresConduct risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability reviewsOversee CCTV monitoring, access control systems, and alarm systemsManage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actionsLead crowd management strategies during peak seasons, promotions, and special eventsConduct joint audits with security service providers to ensure SLA and KPA complianceRecord audit results in the FSI system and close monthly PMS reportsCoordinate security support for major events, public holidays, and VVIP/VIP visitsFollow up on insurance-related security cases with the administration teamGovernment Relations & ComplianceAct as the main liaison with government authorities including Police, Civil Defence, Municipality, MCC, ITC, and Protocol OfficeEnsure compliance with UAE safety regulations, licensing requirements, and security standardsCoordinate government inspections and regulatory auditsFacilitate approvals for events, operational changes, and security system upgradesPrepare and submit required documentation and reports to regulatory authoritiesEmergency & Crisis ManagementLead emergency drills and evacuation exercisesCoordinate with Civil Defence and emergency services during incidentsEnsure tenant compliance with safety procedures and evacuation standardsSupport and lead crisis response during major incidentsTenant & Stakeholder CollaborationSupport tenants with security requirements and event-related planningAddress security concerns from retailers and stakeholdersMaintain strong coordination with mall management and operations teamsPrepare weekly and monthly security performance reportsAnalyse incident trends and recommend preventive measuresIdentify and implement technology improvements to strengthen security operations✔ UAE National (Mandatory)✔ Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)✔ 5+ years of experience in security operations within retail malls or large facilities✔ Strong knowledge of UAE security regulations and compliance frameworks✔ Experience managing VVIP or high-profile visits✔ Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)✔ Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage security teams and vendors#J-18808-Ljbffr
