Section Manager - Theming

We are looking for a Section Manager – Theming who will be responsible to ensure a specific section of a theme park aligns with the established theme, safety standards, and business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all visual elements, attractions, and guest areas within the assigned section adhere to the park's specific theme and design standards.Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the section, which may include rides, food and beverage outlets, retail stores, and entertainment venues.Focusing on delivering a safe, enjoyable, and immersive experience for visitors, analyzing feedback to drive improvements in satisfaction.Managing, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team of staff and department heads, including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.Ensuring strict adherence to all safety regulations, local ordinances, and company policies, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.Contributing to budget development, monitoring expenses, and maximizing revenue streams within the section to achieve financial targets.Liaising with other departments, such as marketing, sales, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure cohesive operations and support for promotional activities.Responding to and resolving critical incidents, including guest complaints, maintenance issues, and emergencies, in a calm and effective manner.QualificationsSignificant experience in operations or management within the entertainment, hospitality, or theme park industry.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills essential for managing a diverse workforce and interacting with various stakeholders.Ability to think critically and solve complex problems under pressure to manage daily challenges and emergencies.A capacity to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs and technologies.Understanding of business strategies, financial reports, and operational metrics to drive performance and profitability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
