The role ensures timely submissions to mall portals, accurate records for Accounts, and responsive email/phone coordination across brands and contractors.## Company OverviewTaif Al Emarat is a personal care product manufacturing company based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. They specialize in perfumes and related products, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction.## Quick Details* Salary Range: AED 3,000* Job Type: Full-time* Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business/Admin (preferred)* Experience: 1 year in secretary/receptionist/admin roles## Key Responsibilities* Prepare and submit monthly sales reports by the 5th (per mall rules).* Send monthly utilities, VAT invoices, Ruby SOA/Excel, and Target Copy forms.* Apply/track work permits and NOCs across mall portals; coordinate with Contractor.* Arrange/renew insurances, pest control, and AMC; manage DCD/Hassantuk attestations.* Maintain tracker, monitor expiries, set reminders, and manage Ejari/Tawtheeq renewals.* Monitor/prioritize key inboxes, respond/forward, and follow up; provide reception/front-office support.## Requirements* Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business/Admin (preferred).* 1 year in secretary/receptionist/admin roles (retail/mall experience is a plus).* Strong Excel and MS Office/Google Workspace skills; accurate data entry.* Familiarity with UAE mall portals, UAE PASS, DCD, Hassantuk, Ejari/Tawtheeq.* Excellent English (Arabic a plus); strong organization and time management.## Benefits* Opportunity to work in a well-established personal care product manufacturing company.* Gain experience in administrative and operations support.* Develop skills in mall reporting, compliance, and document control.* Work in a collaborative and supportive environment.* Exposure to various tools and systems, including MS Office/Google Workspace and mall/authority portals.#J-18808-Ljbffr
