The Scaffolding Superintendent is responsible for safe execution, quality control, manpower coordination, and timely completion of scaffolding works.Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets. All suitably qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment on the basis of objective criteria and without regard to the following (which is a non-exhaustive list): race, colour, age, religion, gender, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or other characteristics in accordance with the relevant governing laws.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise scaffolding operations for ADNOC projects (EPC / PMC environments)Ensure scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities comply with ADNOC standards and project specificationsReview IFC drawings, method statements, and risk assessments prior to executionCoordinate with construction, mechanical, piping, and maintenance teams for scaffolding requirementsPlan work sequences to meet project schedules and milestonesEnsure strict adherence to ADNOC HSE standards, PTW (Permit to Work), and risk management proceduresConduct regular site safety inspections and toolbox talksEnsure compliance with:ADNOC Code of PracticeInternational standards such as BS EN 12811 / OSHA (as applicable)Investigate incidents and implement corrective actionsEnsure 100% scaffold tagging system (Scaftag or equivalent) implementationPrepare scaffolding manpower plans and material requirementsCoordinate with procurement and yard teams for scaffold material availabilityMonitor productivity and optimize workforce utilizationMaintain scaffolding registers and trackin
