This role will focus on delivering and supporting<b>sales, distribution, and order‑to‑cash (O2C) processes</b>within a retail environment.</p><p>You will work closely with business stakeholders, retail operations teams, and technical consultants to ensure seamless integration between<b>sales, POS systems, logistics, and finance</b>.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and support<b>SAP SD functional activities</b>within S/4HANA IS Retail</li><li>Configure and manage:<ul><li>Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes</li><li>Pricing, billing, and invoicing</li><li>Sales order management and delivery processes</li></ul></li><li>Support<b>integration with POS systems and retail sales channels</b></li><li>Ensure accurate<b>sales transactions and revenue recognition across multiple locations</b></li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into<b>functional specifications</b></li><li>Work closely with:<ul><li>SAP MM (inventory and logistics integration)</li><li>SAP FICO (financial postings and revenue accounting)</li></ul></li><li>Participate in full<b>implementation lifecycle</b>:<ul><li>Blueprint / design</li><li>Configuration</li><li>Testing (SIT/UAT)</li><li>Go‑live and hypercare</li></ul></li><li>Provide<b>post‑go‑live support and issue resolution</b></li><li>Ensure<b>data accuracy, governance, and process compliance</b></li><li>Support<b>process improvements across retail sales operations</b></li></ul><h3>Key Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>10+ years’ experience</b>as an SAP SD Functional Consultant</li><li>Strong experience in<b>SAP S/4HANA (mandatory)</b></li><li><b>Mandatory: IS Retail experience</b></li><li>Minimum<b>3 end‑to‑end SAP implementations</b></li><li>Strong expertise in:<ul><li>Sales and distribution processes</li><li>Retail and POS integration</li><li>Pricing, billing, and revenue flows</li></ul></li><li>Experience in<b>retail or FMCG environments</b></li><li>Ability to work independently and manage<b>data governance responsibilities</b></li><li>Strong<b>stakeholder engagement and communication skills</b></li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li>Experience with<b>retail POS systems and omnichannel sales environments</b></li><li>Exposure to<b>large‑scale SAP transformation programmes</b></li><li>Knowledge of<b>integration with CPI or middleware tools</b></li><li>Arabic language skills (preferred but not essential)</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Fully<b>remote role</b>within a global delivery team</li><li>Working on a<b>high‑impact SAP retail transformation programme</b></li><li>Immediate start preferred (<b>mid‑April</b>)</li><li>Opportunity to contribute across both<b>implementation and support phases</b></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
