<div><p><b>Job Title:</b>SAP FICO Functional Consultant</p><p><b>Location:</b>Remote (Eastern Europe / India / Egypt preferred)<br/><b>Contract Duration:</b>12 Months (6 months implementation + 6 months support)<br/><b>Industry:</b>Retail (SAP S/4HANA IS Retail)</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced<b>SAP FICO Functional Consultant</b>to support a major<b>SAP S/4HANA (IS Retail) transformation programme</b>. This role will focus on delivering and supporting<b>end-to-end financial processes within a retail environment</b>, ensuring seamless integration between finance, POS, and operational systems.</p><p>You will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical consultants to ensure accurate financial reporting, reconciliation, and system performance across multiple retail locations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and support<b>SAP FICO functional activities</b>within S/4HANA IS Retail</li><li>Configure and manage:<ul><li>General Ledger (GL)</li><li>Accounts Payable (AP)</li><li>Accounts Receivable (AR)</li><li>Asset Accounting and Financial Closing</li></ul></li><li>Support<b>financial transactions linked to retail operations and POS systems</b></li><li>Ensure accurate<b>financial reconciliation across showrooms, regions, and business units</b></li><li>Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate into<b>functional specifications</b></li><li>Support integration with:<ul><li>SAP SD (sales transactions)</li><li>SAP MM (procurement and inventory postings)</li><li>POS and retail systems</li></ul></li><li>Participate in full<b>implementation lifecycle</b>:<ul><li>Blueprint / design</li><li>Configuration</li><li>Testing (SIT/UAT)</li><li>Go-live and hypercare</li></ul></li><li>Provide<b>post-go-live support and issue resolution</b></li><li>Ensure<b>financial data integrity, compliance, and governance</b></li><li>Work closely with technical teams (ABAP, CPI) for enhancements and integrations</li></ul><h3>Key Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>10+ years’ experience</b>as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant</li><li>Strong experience in<b>SAP S/4HANA (mandatory)</b></li><li><b>Mandatory: IS Retail experience</b></li><li>Minimum<b>3 end-to-end SAP implementations</b></li><li>Strong expertise in:<ul><li>Financial accounting and reporting</li><li>Retail financial processes and POS integration</li><li>Multi-entity financial reconciliation</li></ul></li><li>Ability to work independently and manage<b>data governance responsibilities</b></li><li>Strong<b>stakeholder management and communication skills</b></li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li>Experience with<b>retail financial reporting tools (e.g. ClickSense or similar)</b></li><li>Exposure to<b>large-scale transformation programmes</b></li><li>Understanding of<b>integration across finance, retail, and supply chain systems</b></li><li>Arabic language skills (preferred but not essential)</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Fully<b>remote role</b>within a global delivery team</li><li>Working on a<b>high-impact SAP retail transformation programme</b></li><li>Immediate start preferred (<b>mid-April</b>)</li><li>Opportunity to contribute across both<b>implementation and support phases</b></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
