Job Title: SAP Basis Techno-Functional ConsultantLocation: Remote (Eastern Europe / India / Egypt preferred)Contract Duration: 12 Months (6 months implementation + 6 months support)Industry: Retail (SAP S/4HANA IS Retail)Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Techno-Functional Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA (IS Retail) transformation programme. This role will be responsible for managing the SAP landscape, system performance, and technical architecture, while also supporting functional teams across the implementation lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the SAP S/4HANA landscape (on-premise / cloud environments)Perform system installations, upgrades, patches, and migrationsMonitor and optimize system performance, availability, and securitySupport transport management and system refresh activitiesCollaborate with functional teams (FICO, SD, MM) to support technical dependencies and integrationsManage user roles, authorisations, and access controlsWork closely with infrastructure and cloud teams (Azure / AWS / OCI)Support cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecksEnsure system stability, compliance, and governance standardsKey Requirements8–12+ years’ experience in SAP Basis / technical rolesStrong experience with SAP S/4HANA (mandatory)Mandatory: IS Retail project experienceMinimum 3 end-to-end SAP implementationsExperience with:System installations, upgrades, and migrationsPerformance tuning and monitoringSAP transport managementExposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, OCI)Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration layersAbility to work independently and support technical governancePreferred SkillsExperience with SAP RISE / cloud-based SAP deploymentsExposure to security and GRC conceptsKnowledge of high availability and disaster recovery setupsArabic language skills (preferred but not essential)Additional InformationFully remote roleImmediate start preferred (mid-April)Key role in ensuring system stability during transformation#J-18808-Ljbffr
