SAP Basis Lead Consultant

In this position, you will lead a team of SAP Basis consultants, providing strategic guidance and hands‑on expertise in managing and supporting complex SAP landscapes.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP systems in both development and production environmentsLead performance tuning, optimizations, and capacity planning for SAP databasesMonitor system health and proactively address issues to maintain high availability and reliabilityCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and implement effective solutions to meet client needsManage upgrades, migrations, and patches for SAP systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operationsAct as a mentor and leader for junior consultants, providing knowledge sharing and professional development opportunitiesMaintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and proceduresStay informed about the latest SAP technologies and enhancements, evaluating and implementing best practicesProvide on‑call support as required for SAP systemsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior consultant roleExtensive knowledge of SAP installations, upgrades, and migrations, as well as troubleshooting SAP environmentsFamiliarity with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and other cloud‑based SAP solutions is preferredStrong understanding of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows)Proven ability to effectively lead and manage teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environmentExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to address complex technical challengesEffective communication skills with the ability to work closely with clients and stakeholdersIndustry‑recognized SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) are highly desirableProven track record of delivering successful SAP Basis projects on time and within budgetBenefitsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
