The ideal candidate will have<strong>1-2 years of expertise in SAP B1</strong>in end-to-end implementation and has delivered.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities (KRAs - Key Responsibility Areas)</h3><p><strong>1. Implementation&Configuration</strong></p><ul><li>End-to-end<strong>SAP Business One implementations</strong>, including business requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.</li><li>Configure and customize<strong>SAP B1 modules</strong>such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, CRM based on business needs.</li><li>Develop and maintain<strong>workflow solutions</strong>and approval procedures within SAP B1.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Business Process Analysis&Optimization</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct<strong>business process analysis</strong>and recommend best practices for improving efficiency using SAP B1.</li><li>Assist in<strong>re-engineering business processes</strong>and improving workflows.</li><li>Identify<strong>automation opportunities</strong>and minimize manual interventions.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Technical&Functional Support</strong></p><ul><li>Provide<strong>post-implementation support</strong>and resolve end-user issues related to SAP B1.</li><li>Work closely with<strong>IT teams</strong>for system enhancements, integration with third-party tools, and add-on development.</li><li>Manage<strong>system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>4. Reporting&Data Management</strong></p><ul><li>Develop<strong>custom reports</strong>using SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and SAP HANA.</li><li>Ensure accurate<strong>data migration, validation, and reconciliation</strong>during implementation phases.</li><li>Maintain<strong>data integrity and security</strong>within SAP B1.</li></ul><p><strong>5. Training&Documentation</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct<strong>user training sessions</strong>and create documentation on SAP B1 functionalities.</li><li>Prepare<strong>SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)</strong>and best practices guides.</li><li>Support<strong>change management initiatives</strong>to ensure smooth adoption of SAP B1.</li></ul><p><strong>6. Stakeholder&Vendor Management</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with<strong>business teams, vendors, and IT departments</strong>to align SAP B1 with business goals.</li><li>Communicate effectively with<strong>stakeholders</strong>at all levels to manage expectations.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills&Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>1-2 years of experience</strong>as an SAP Business One Functional Consultant.</li><li>Expertise in<strong>SAP B1 core modules</strong>(Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Production, MRP etc.).</li><li>Hands-on experience with<strong>SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and SAP HANA</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of<strong>B1 Usability Package (B1UP)</strong>, or other third-party tools is a plus.</li><li>Strong<strong>problem-solving</strong>and<strong>business analysis</strong>skills.</li><li>Excellent<strong>communication</strong>and<strong>stakeholder management</strong>skills.</li><li><strong>SAP Business One certification</strong>is an added advantage.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
