We exist at the centre of change, successfully navigating three market cycles and bridging institutional and crypto ecosystems.We work to build trusted partnerships, putting client success and care at the heart of everything that we do.ResponsibilitiesProvide clients with market colour and trade ideasDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their trading needs and providing guidance on our wide range of product offerings.Structured product ideation based off client feedback and interactionsPrice and execute simple to complex structured product across multiple desksDeal with day-to-day administrative issues in support of trading activities and liaison with trading operationsWork with internal technology and analytics groups for enhancements in systems, analytics and coordinate trading activityManage risk by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management protocols.Continuously seek opportunities to improve trading processes and client service.Candidates will be required to work shifts, which include supporting different time zones and weekends.Minimum 1-2 years direct experience in global markets trading in any asset class, knowledge in FX Options or Cryptocurrencies preferred.Proven experience as a Sales Trader or in a similar role within a financial services environment is preferred.Have an active mind and strong awareness of risksDetail-oriented, efficient and independent worker with good analytical skill. Excellent team-work, communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, making informed decisions while handling large trading volumes.Experience in cryptocurrency trading and/or knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem is preferred.The Environment We OfferAs a growing firm with a tightly-knit team, we respect and listen to all our employees.
