Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and resultsdriven Real Estate Sales Team Leader to oversee and manage our team of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate strong leadership skills and a passion for driving results. As the Team Leader you will be responsible for setting goals providing guidance and ensuring the overall success of the team.ResponsibilitiesLead mentor and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team goals.Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and exceed performance targets.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry best practices.Provide support and guidance to team members in negotiations deal with structuring and problemsolving.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years in real estate sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and mentor a team of real estate agents. Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience in deal structuring.Deep understanding of the real estate market competitor activities and industry trends.Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive team success.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively guide team members and interact with clients.Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to support agents in overcoming challenges.Experience in conducting training sessions and professional development for sales teams.Ability to work closely with other departments such as marketing and operations to enhance efficiency.A passion for achieving sales goals and driving team performance.Minimum 2 years of real estate industry experience. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of local market trends and rental regulations. Proficiency in real estate databases and CRM software.
