The role involves supervising the sales team, driving student enrollments, managing client relationships, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Russian and English, with strong experience in sales within the education or service industry.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase student registrations.Monitor daily sales activities and pipeline performance.Prepare and present sales reports to management.Team SupervisionSupervise, train, and motivate thesales/admissions team.Set individual sales targets and monitor performance.Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.Client Relationship ManagementHandle inquiries from Russian-speaking clients and parents.Conduct consultations, explain course offerings, and close enrollments.Build long-term relationships with students and parents.Address and resolve client concerns professionally.Operations & CoordinationCoordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.Ensure accurate documentation and CRM updates.Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.RequirementsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience (education sector preferred).Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.Target-oriented with strong leadership capabilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
