<div><p>A well-established healthcare solutions provider in Saudi Arabia is hiring a Sales Representative to support the growth of its Operating Room (OR) consumables and disposable portfolio, including sterile drapes, custom surgical packs, OR pads, and DVT prevention products.</p><p>This is a field-based role focused on MOH and institutional hospitals, working closely with clinical teams and supply chain stakeholders to drive product adoption and sales across an assigned territory.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across OR consumables and disposable product lines</li><li>Develop and grow accounts across MOH hospitals, institutional hospitals, and private groups, including remote regions</li><li>Build strong relationships with OR teams, procurement, and supply chain decision-makers</li><li>Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within hospitals</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations, in-service training, and clinical education sessions</li><li>Monitor and support tender cycles, NUPCO purchase orders, and GRN processes</li><li>Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM reporting</li><li>Support new product launches and ongoing field requirements</li></ul><h3>Candidate Profile</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Science, or related field</li><li>Strong experience in medical consumables or disposable medical products</li><li>Strong understanding of the Operating Room environment and hospital workflows</li><li>Hands‑on experience working with MOH hospitals and procurement processes (NUPCO exposure preferred)</li><li>Proven ability to manage territories independently and build long-term hospital relationships</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
