Job Description
Drive profitable growth by providing customers with the full range of ECS products and solutions, actively prospecting new opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. The role prepares quotations, follows up on leads and outcomes, coordinates order fulfilment and collections, and contributes to market awareness initiatives while upholding professional standards and brand guidelines.Key AccountabilitiesProvide clients with the full range of ECS products and solutions, meeting divisional targets.Identify and follow up on customer enquiries; actively prospect new business and respond swiftly to e‑commerce leads.Maintain and grow key accounts; help establish new territories and support training/coaching of sales staff on technical aspects.Prepare and submit customer quotations in line with requirements and divisional procedures; track and report outcomes.Coordinate with operations/logistics on equipment preparation, delivery and return; follow up on payments and collections.Develop close customer relationships and maintain detailed account intelligence (org structure, needs, developments).Support market awareness activities and surveys; share competitive insights and recommendations with management.Stay current on product changes and ensure all communications adhere to corporate identity and quality standards.Knowledge, Skills, and AptitudeEducational Qualifications and CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, relevant Vocational Certificate, or equivalent.KnowledgeStrong product knowledge, including understanding features and operation of technical products.Awareness of customer requirements, projects, and competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.Technical SkillsPC skills with PowerPoint and Excel for preparing professional customer presentations.Language SkillsFluency in English; proficiency in Arabic, French, and/or Spanish is an advantage.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience3–5 years’ experience in the heavy‑duty vehicle (HDV) and/or automotive parts field.To view the benefits offered by Zahid Group, please visit our Total Rewards page at Careers.Zahid.com.#J-18808-Ljbffr
