Sales Promoter

About the Role:We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Promoter to join our retail electronics team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will engage customers, showcase the features and benefits of our products, and drive sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.Responsibilities:Greet and engage customers on the retail floor to identify needs and recommend suitable electronics productsDemonstrate product features, perform in-store promotions, and explain warranties and service optionsAchieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through active selling and upselling techniquesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, promotions, and competitor offeringsCollaborate with store management to set up promotional displays and ensure merchandise is well-stocked and presentedProvide excellent after-sales service by handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptlyRequired Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in retail electronics sales or promotion (non-technical)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport quicklyFluency in English; additional language skills are a plusPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a high-volume retail environment in Abu Dhabi or the UAEBasic familiarity with CRM or point-of-sale systemsFluency in Arabic to engage with local customer baseFlexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required#J-18808-Ljbffr
