Sales Manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAEJob Description:We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-centric approach.Job Responsibilities:• Developing sales plans and strategies to increase company profits.• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.• Analyzing market trends and tracking competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities.• Negotiating with customers to ensure maximum profitability.• Managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.• Training, motivating, and monitoring performance of the sales team.• Establishing effective working relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.• Generating weekly/monthly reports on sales activities for management review.Requirements:• Proven working experience as a Sales Manager or similar role preferably in the hospitality industry• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)Salary: 1500 AED per month (we are ready to consider an immigrant).This job has no reviews yet.
