OverviewSales Manager role at SQUAREA Consulting Pvt Ltd.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand relevant demographics and key consumer drivers of the GCC market and HNI marketsWork closely with the brand team to implement SQ initiatives in key pocketsWork closely with the Central marketing organisation to implement sourcing strategiesWork closely with marketing and sales to execute community, brand and developer specific eventsTrack the local media and work with content team to tailor PR and content strategiesTrack spends, MIS and report back to the CMO, board and Transaction Leader for the marketTrack developer relationships and update all teams on their launch calendar for timely responseWork with project marketing teams on launch amplification and volume closuresCollaborate with design and marketing teams to push social media content on relevant pagesPlan shoots and listings of developer and investor inventory on corporate marketing platformWork with digital team to promote various hero projects/ segmentsDo daily/ weekly / monthly / quarterly meetings and updates with the leadershipUnderstand buyer profiles, create analysis and reports to align performance and sales teamsCreate a network of freelancers, video, production and design teams for timely executionWork in collaboration with expert marketing dedicated per marketing divisionUnderstand ROI, pipelines and closing potential for all active / focus projectsWork as a team player with a can-do attitude and bias-for-action to ensure topline momentum as per AOP goalsLearn new tools, techniques, best practices, strategies by studying category, competition and other industriesFollow system discipline, KRAs, best-practices, code-of-conduct and emerge as a top performer in marketing and a model associate for the brand and businessQualifications3 – 8 years of direct marketing experience with a known brand.Additional understanding / experience of Real Estate business will be preferred.Ability to plan, manage, co-ordinate and handle vendors and meet business goals.360o / working level understanding of brand, marketing, digital, events and activations for any product / service brand with emphasis on execution.Education: Graduation / Post-graduate / MBA / Masters in communications/ marketing / business management with specialisation in marketing.Candidates with the requisite experience from Tier 1 colleges and Industry will be preferred.Fluency in English and any other second language language: Arabic/ Hindi/ Marathi / Urdu.ExpectationsHe/she must be driven, committed, detail oriented and be hands-on from planning to implementation.Ability to drive execution and achieve KPIs of marketing, ROI, results for a mid-sized organisation.Data proficiency, marketing planning, and ability to send timely updates, insights, upline / work-groups will be an expectation from the role.OpportunityFast-paced startup moving toward unicorn growth path over the next few years.
